The bread used on his sandwich was far more than day-old. It was tough, and the top of most it crumbled into the paper wrapping.
As for the chips, I've never seen anything like this. The bag had been taped together. The first indication was when I saw a small chip piece on my dark brown table. On closer inspection, the back had a small opening at the seam and had been taped to close them up. 
Not sure who's responsible for sealing them, Frito Lay or Subway; but Subway should have known not to sell them. Pictures of both are attached...

The overall food is just an overall sad and disappointing attempt to slop a sandwich together for the profits while stealing my extras that I paid for. Bread wasn't kept in the correct conditions... I shouldn't be able to drag my nail across the bread and hear something similar to sandpaper... Also I paid for double protein and cheese. My sandwich is missing my extras and that is almost 10 bucks per sandwich, so there's 20 bucks I paid for and literally handed the worst batch of bread it seems. Why did your active night manager/employee decide to give me the worst service and sandwiches for the 40 bucks I spent and included a 10 buck tip for the Dasher. I politely ask the store's GM to reach out about the unprofessional and upcharge for lack of PAID FOR extras. 1st time ordering here and this displays the money is more important than actually making the food I paid for. Sadly it feels like I was robbed after wanting dinner tonight for me and my girlfriend. GM please reach out to fix!!

the portion size I got was really good it was an of putting taste to it if you only ate the turkey by itself what if you put all the stuff together minus the spinach I requested it was okay the it was fresh everything was fresh which I appreciate it and the 6-in was just the right size for me and I love the deal that they had the two for $9.99 or 899 however the deal went it was really good and I hope they have that for a while because I want to check out another type of sandwich other than a turkey so thank you
