Could've added more zucchini instead of a whole bunch of onions. HIBACHI CHICKEN was really salty but the rice was the best part of it all hands down

I ordered the chicken and shrimp rice food was bland! There was literally 2 pieces of shrimp in my rice this is the third time I've had an issue with this mobile truck! Rice wasn't not fried well! I will definitely not be going back

the CALIFORNIA ROLL, DRAGON and GYOZA was great ofc, this specific time the rice was overcooked giving it a mushy texture. this is not normal for sushi sake but besides that great.

Very disappointed with the quality of the sushis, the spicy tuna tasted old and looks black and not fresh. The rice was mushy and lack of flavor. Not recommended.
