Everything came packed perfectly. You can tell they were made fresh for the order! The Baked Seattle Roll smelled as good as it tasted, was prepared well and the flavors were fantastic. The Spicy Tuna Jalapeno Roll was great, filled with Spicy Tuna as well! Oregon Roll was delicious and the Super Veggie Roll was simply amazing and I am thrilled to see more yummy vegetarian options! The Gunkanmakis were both fresh and packed; Always a staple favorite! Salmon Sushi and Tamago Sushi were both delicious and the fish/egg to rice ratio was perfect.

Unfortunately, their squid is no longer good because there are too many tough rubbery pieces of squid body and only 2 small pieces of tentacles in my last order. But the tempura shrimp is still good because it still has a decent shrimp to batter ratio (most other restaurants have way too much batter and too little shrimp).

Love the Crunch Dragon Roll. It is my favorite when I go in person. I'm glad to see it available for delivery through DoorDash unlike other platforms. The store followed my request for a little extra sear on the Seared Salmon Sushi. This place is a winner.

The Salmon Hand Roll was VERY good. Smooth salmon was creamy and fresh in thick slices. Wasn't the smoothest salmon sashimi I've had, as it had a little grain and texture, but was still worth it. The Spicy Salmon Hand Roll I didnt like as much but was still tasty. I just wasn't expecting the salmon sashimi to be ground up into a pulp in this one. I wasnt a fan of the texture but the spicy flavor was nice. The Plain Udon came with the dry (precooked) noodles in the bowl, and the broth in a container on the side. You add the broth to the noodles, let it sit for a minute, and then eat. It was good and the thick noodle texture was so great, I always love udon.
Overall, would order the Salmon Hand Roll and Plain Udon maybe with additional toppings next time!

I have had sushi from many places and this was hands down the best local option. The Crunch Roll was really tasty and the Mix Tempura flavor, variety of veggies was outstanding plus a great price. Definitely coming back!
