As a former GM of a Taco  Bell, kudos to the team here! I ordered items that are "risky" depnding on freshness at the time of order, then risking even more freshness during delivery. I ended up in this city by way of emergency on my 18 wheeler. Thank you for serving fresh potatoes and chili! They are hit or miss at most locations. My food was even still hot upon arrival! Where I'm from Chili Cheese Burrito's are a thing of the past so I was excited to see them on the menu! Thank you for caring about what you do and serving fresh and hot food! :)

this Cantina Chicken Bowl is one of the best things on the menu. & surprisingly, my chalupa was fresh. although the cantina crispy taco was a bit stale, they didn't skimp on the chicken. good job, Taco Bell.

Ordered extra beef on the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and it had so much beans that I could even tell if it had beef at all. Tortillas tasted old parts of it was hard. Burrito supreme was orders with no sour cream and they put it on there anyways. Again so many beans couldn't even taste the beef. Tortilla was old and hard.

Quality of service and food has gone down in the last month or so. Power bowl was only 2/3 full. Potato soft tacos were under filled and the tortillas were stale.
