Not sure if I just got lucky but this was the best Taco Bell I've had in a LONG time. Cheesy Gordita Crunch was actually crunchy instead of stale and the lettuce was crunchy and fresh...perfect amount of sauce. 
The cinnabon bites also were amazing and  weren't over cooked like I've gotten them before. Definitely will order from this Taco Bell again!

Both of my items were burnt and charred and charred. My quesadilla had like 2 pieces of chicken in it and the 2 end pieces were entirely empty...

Thank you for putting the right team in charge at night! This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with your location. After long workdays, getting home between midnight and 3 a.m., I just want something quick and satisfying—and you’ve delivered perfectly.

In the past, my orders often had missing sauces, wrong ingredients, or missing items. Once, I even called to address the issue, but no one answered. Another time, I had to drive back to the location just to get sauces.

Lately, though, everything has been spot-on. My orders have been accurate, and the food has been perfect. Thank you to the night managers and staff for turning things around and making my nights better with great food and service!

crunchwrap was poorly wrapped barely any meat and only on one side. quesadilla not even cut and same barely any meat and to one side

On multiple occasions I received my quesadilla burnt and barely cut. Crunchwrap was put together in a sloppy manner. If it was just a couple of times that would be one thing, but its been consistently bad the last few times I've gotten food from this Taco Bell. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate getting food the way they prepare it.
