Every time we order and put "no lettuce" they still add lettuce. But they include the other changes to the item so I'm confused as to how they miss it. They even always forget our sauce packets. This time they also didn't put the lid on my side of guacamole all the way so it was open when the food arrived. It wasn't always this way, so it's disappointing. Hopefully some changes are made
