None of my tacos came with sour cream after I paid a extra $1.20 for sour cream and my Beefy Potato Loaded Griller was burnt

It seems like every time we order cinnamon twists they are either missing the cinnamon all together or barely has any cinnamon on them. Also, when we get their bean burrito & cheesy rice burrito the refried beans were either over cooked, old, or scraped off the bottom of the pan because they are hard & dried out. The consistency is like chunky peanut butter. Overall we're disappointed in the staff; we figured the Taco Bell employees couldn't mess up some basic menu items. We were wrong.

Why is it so hard to fill the nacho cheese sauce all the way for my Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce. It's so disappointing to get literally 1 tablespoon of sauce in a 2 oz cup.

I love Taco Bell but tonight they failed on the nacho Nachos BellGrande®. Just a blob right in the middle with a ton of bare chips. Get that cheese sauce on there! Also NO taco sauce!!
