• 4 days agoI usually like Taco Bell, which is why this was so disappointing. I ordered a Supreme Crunchwrap, and it looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. It wasn’t even folded closed, everything was sticking out, and it was barely warm by the time I got it. It honestly looked nothing like what you’d expect.
The only positive thing I can say is that the inside of the restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the KFC side is usually good. Unfortunately, the Taco Bell side has been consistently disappointing. I hope they start paying more attention to food quality and presentation because this wasn’t worth the money.

• 20/08/24The rice was undercooked, the steak burrito for like $6 was the same size as the rice and cheese one for $1.20. The Crunchwrap Supreme was tiny. We spent $50 and got about $10 worth of food.

• 27/11/25Food is made wrong , arrived cold, ordered beef instead of beans and got beans instead of beef, ordered a sweet tea. THE MOST BITTER tea ever. 10/10 won't go here anymore. The burritos were supposed to have sour cream and didn't. Charged for it too. Tacos were maybe two bites for almost 2$ a pop.

and ordered 12 soft shells got 6 hard shells! Couldn't even get the sauces packaging right!

• 02/09/25The cheesy roll ups were not fully rolled, one is just folded in half. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was hard and half the flatbread I had to peel off to eat it plus the sauce was at the very end of it and fell out leaving a bland Gordita. My Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes came in a soft taco? I don't know why I keep getting a soft taco in my orders but I feel like something gets replaced with a soft taco EVERY time. Only thing that was as expected was the chips and nacho Chips & Nacho Cheese.
