i didn't see any reviews on the menudo so i figured i'd make one
it was not smelly at all, and had a wonderful flavor, the only complaint is that it is a TAD fatty, nothing you can't handle though. pieces of tripe were a good size and got SO MUCH! i got 4 hearty servings from the one container i purchased! i personally don't like hominy in my menudo and to my suprise there was none in all four servings besides a few pieces at the very bottom of the container. they serve with chopped jalapeños, lime and tortilla, but no cilantro. best menudo i've had in princeton/ mckinney :)

We’ve been here twice now, and both visits have been fantastic! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican street tacos, this is definitely a place you need to try.
So far we’ve had the Beef Fajita, Carnitas, Chicharrón, and Al Pastor tacos, and every single one has been phenomenal. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in serving authentic cuisine instead of cutting corners.
The tacos come loaded with fresh onions and cilantro, and the meats are packed with flavor. Every bite reminded us why simple, authentic street tacos are so hard to beat.
Finding a restaurant that delivers consistently is rare, and after two great experiences, we’re excited to become regulars here.
If you appreciate authentic Mexican food, Taco Factory is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend! 🌮🙌

I was told I'd get steak with my beef burrito but I got mush, and barely any meat! The other food was very overpriced for what they received. They barely had any chicken in the 2 quesadillas, and it was not appetizing to look at. The food was all over the place!

This has very quickly become my favorite spot for good Mexican food as the chorizo burrito is quite possibly the best burrito I've ever had...and I mean from anywhere. The Birria-dilla tacos are incredible as well, everything tastes fresh, portions are perfect and the guacamole is *chefs kiss*

Way overpriced for quality and quantity. Hardshell Ground Beef Tacos were mostly hard shell and little filling, and the shells were stale, chewy, and tired my jaw to chew.
Four small cups of salsa for six tacos, what kind of math?
There's just no way a small lunch for two people from a casual restaurant such as this should cost $35 when all said and done. This is the type of food that used to be more like a 75 cent late night drive through taco.
Even the fountain Fountain Drinks was overpriced! $3 for a small cup of ice with some coke poured on top?
What a rip off.
