Items missing from order, did not receive sauce or side of nacho cheese. Staff is not good at following customizations. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and my order had them on my item. This is an ongoing issue with this location.

Food was stale as if its been sitting out for a while, chicken was tough and overcooked. I usally enjoy this meal but today wasn't it.
