The Quesabirria (3) (GF) tacos r absolutely amazing. so so flavorful and delicious with the (mild) dipping salsa. they're so jam packed that it makes a great meal. I also got the Chips And Queso and that queso is SO rich and creamy. This meal tasted amazing and I WILL be ordering again!! ^_^ Love Taco Libre so much!

This is my boyfriends and I's go to whenever we don't know what to eat. We have NEVER been disappointed in this place, although I would say I'd appreciate larger hot sauce containers for take out and door dash because we always use every last DROP. For some reason I always crave their quesadillas. We also always get the Buritta (We get at least 2 meals out of 1).

The Churro Bitesbites were decent (6/10). The Burrita Camaron (Shrimp) was a 4/10. There were only about three shrimp, so most bites were just beans and guacamole, which were pretty bland. I ended up opening it, tearing off pieces of the tortilla, and eating them with the shrimp, guacamole, lime, and salsa. I still had a lot of tortilla left because there wasn’t enough filling. If there had been more shrimp, I probably would’ve finished the whole thing. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d order it again

The food is delicious and the portions are huge. You definitely get your money's worth. We had to go to the restaurant because our dasher forgot our drinks. They provided great service; the restaurant is clean. We could not recommend this place enough. Sadly, this is our last day in Minnesota. We wish we had found it sooner.

Well i didnt get the Mexican Rice or the Cali burrito so that wasn't cool. The Churro Bites were okay but had no sugar or cinnamon on them. The sauce was good though. The Chips & Guacamole were pretty good. The Guacamole has a good kick to it, which was unexpected it was really good. The Salsa that came with the Quesabirrias (3) was nice. It wasn't too warm and had a nice smoky flavor. The birrias dip is amazing and full of flavor. The Birrias itself was loaded with meat. It was really good. I would totally get it again.
