The Chicken-In-A-Basket Special 4 piece is well priced, good portions, and full of flavor. Comes with fresh chicken, mashed potatoes, and colesaw. Great sides! Would definitely order again, especially for the price!

Hot when it arrived. Easily feeds a family of 6 for $10 each. Cole slaw mashed potatoes and gravy, all delicious!! ❤️

I gave it another try and just don't understand the hype. The chicken is ok, but far from the best. The sides are terrible. Instant makes potatoes with canned gravy. 🤮 They didn't even put them in separate containers. the Cole slaw is, meh. The rolls are the best part of the meal. I was also a little surprised at how much it costs. if you click to order the three piece meal for almost $14, you still have to pay extra for each piece of chicken.

I love the Hitching Post! They are always efficient - ordering, waiting tables, carry out! They ROCK! The food is always good and prepared well on Go orders! We feel like it is HOME! I've been going there for over 35 years!

9pc chicken and family pack. Chicken perfect, Gravy good and mashed potatoes wonderful. Coleslaw was not it's usual best. Really lacked flavor., like it was missing an ingredient. Not it's normal taste from them.
