The Noodle Bar makes good curry in our experience, but it wasn't as good as a few other local restaurants we have ordered from. They did a great job making sure that my children's massaman curry was less spicy, but the big issue was that they also made my husband's curry just as spice-less (not what we asked for), to the point that he just wasn't even very interested in eating it. My red curry was great, and super spicy just how I like it. The amount of rice was not to our satisfaction, as we received one half size carton, and then one typical carton, which was labeled "x2" to imply that it was "twice" the amount and filled three rice orders to go with our three curry orders. That is not as much as we typically receive in most Thai restaurants.... the food was good, it was extremely fresh and hot and nothing tasted bad, but this wasn't our most spectacular Thai food experience.

HS1. TNB Crispy Chili Chicken was hard to eat - chewy and overly crunchy with not a lot of chicken. We've ordered it before and it was fantastic but this time it was really disappointing. The R2. Pad Ka Prao wasn't ground meat as it said in the description, seemed like a small portion for the price ($21.95). It leaked all over the bag but sometime those things happen. A4. Crab Cream Puff (5 Pieces) were filled nicely and tasted good. Overall after spending $70+ for 2 people we were disappointed.

Note: I did portion the rice and curry out to myself at home, they give you a tall takeout container of the curry + a side of rice.
This is one of my favorite green curries in the area! It tastes super fresh and it's not greasy like a few other places I've experienced recently. When I want green curry with a lot of flavor this is the first place I think of <3

I really enjoy the food from here. I commmonly order the Drunken Noodles with Shrimp. It's very flavorful and the shrimp are delicious. Many times I will see friends and coworkers and have a chance to visit. It's a fun place with great food, conversations and a great staff that is always paying attention to their customers needs!!

I always order the Y6. Papaya Salad (Som Tom), Laos Style, with a note saying, “PLEASE MAKE EXTRA SPICY.” In the past, it’s always had the perfect level of heat and great flavor, but this time it fell short of expectations. There’s no option to select a spice level when ordering papaya salad, so I always leave a note requesting extra spice. My previous orders have always been made accordingly without an extra charge. This time, however, I was charged an additional $2 but didn’t get the same level of spiciness as before. I’ve also noticed that the packaging varies between orders, sometimes using a round container with a lid and other times a square clamshell container. Unfortunately, the square container doesn’t hold the papaya salad liquid well, and it spilled inside the plastic bag. Thankfully, the order was double-bagged. Overall, I still enjoy the papaya salad and will continue ordering it. I just hope you’ll consider adding spice-level options to the online ordering menu so customers can choose their preferred heat level. Thank you!
