Crispy Chicken Sandwich was frozen cardboard chicken. and the bun is too dense. BK makes a better chicken burger.

The steak and cheddar was inedible. The bread on the Turkey was clearly old and hard! Very disappointed.

Fudge Brownie Latte was awful, either it was made with dark chocolate (not mentioned anywhere) or there was way too much coffee and not enough of the fudge flavouring.
Anytime Snacker was dry as heck an barely edible.
Apple Fritter Donuts has way too much sugar on it and either not enough cinnamon or apple or both.

Wrap was smaller then normal and seems to be that way with any other location otherthan regent less ingredients and not worth the money at all
