Iced Caramel Latte was not good, it was a regular ice coffee not latte. No taste, very bitter. Everything else was good

I ordered a double shot of espresso and got only 1. The store receipt says 1 shot but my online one says double. I had to look twice to make sure it wasn't me when ordering, But my coffee was good either way especially when it's a holiday and not all locations are open. My dasher was awesome and coffee was hot.
