• 10/11/23I enjoyed the crispy chicken loaded bowl was really good. it was the barbecue one. and of course my tea was great. but no donut although I ordered one and I paid for one. I didn't get one so that's why it's one less star. staff should double check on what is in each orders bag just to make sure

• 25/01/22I buy a Tim's tea every single day, and so I can taste the difference between milk and cream, especially considering I'm intolerant to cream, and I couldn't even get through 1/8 of my tea, I had to throw it away because it was made with cream and not milk.

• 08/02/23The bagel had multiple pieces of onion skin baked into it. Have never had this issue before, so likely a fluke, but not very appealing or appetizing. Everything else was great.
