I love Tropical Smoothie, but this particular location did not make my salad with Romaine.. but with iceberg lettuce. It was soggy, only 4 tiny pieces of chicken and one small dressing. There wasn't enough dressing for the salad so I had to use my own. I was very disappointed!!

The smoothies are always amazing. But my peanut butter banana crunch only had 5 slices of banana. Unacceptable!

I once ordered an ACAI BOWL and they barely added any Nutella drizzle, if they did it would be at the top of the lid, rather than inside or on the fresh fruit. I feel like the consideration needs to be taken more seriously.

Definitely not enough yogurt in the mixed berry yogurt bowl & I don't understand why because you use the bowls with the "dome top". The taste is very good.

This location used to provide consistent great products but my last two orders have been far from ideal. My last order was missing the smoothie and this most recent order, delivered today, provided a wrap that was extremely poorly made. I ordered the the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap yet the wrap has minimal chicken, lacks salsa, and lacks romaine...all key ingredients. If DoorDash have an option to upload a picture, I would gladly share one as a review can often be subjective.
