Well I haven't had tropical in a while but the downsize in their smoothie cup definitely caught me off guard and I had like 2 whole small chunks of chicken on my quesadilla definitely won't be ordering from there again

I ordered the CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN wrap and asked for it to have "no chicken" AND substituted with the plant-based chicken substitute. In the wrap there was 2 little CHICKEN pieces. I don't know if they got confused or what but I paid the extra price for the substitute plant chicken.

TURKEY BACON RANCH ❤ is so good! My favorite smoothie is the BAHAMA MAMA™ made with coconut, strawberries & white chocolate. If you love coffee, you'll love MOCHA MADNESS™ !

if you order food and a smoothie, you are most likely only going to get one of your items. I have tried to order a smoothie and food from this location three times now and my smoothie has only been delivered, food is always missing. I'm assuming it's not a Dasher problem and a store problem if this is the third time this has happened now.

Love the smoothies ❤ everyone we've tried, we like or love! Hubby likes the TURKEY BACON RANCH sandwich and said it was filling.
