If you're an Indian food fan, Tulsi is at the top of my list. I always go for the lamb Korma, and one order usually lasts me two or three meals. I don't know what they do to their rice, but the aroma when you open the container is incredible. Pair the two, and you've got one of the best Indian meals in Richmond.

Price is very expensive for the amount of food you get. The curry comes in the small size container and it's $18. The tadka dal was very good but the aloo matar was nothing special and I wouldn't order again. The pickle was also very salty. Probably will never order from here again. Not horrible but just not great.

The goat Biryani is delicious, just the right amount of spicy and packed with flavor. But the Garlic Naan, I practically inhaled it. My only regret was getting 1. Best naan I've ever had.

Sauce was bitter and lacked flavor. The flavors were unbalanced. poption size inconsistent with price. The kulfi was less than a standard scoop of ice cream for an exorbitant price. none of these tasted authentic. All in all, I thought the price too high for the value. The Flatbreads were all one note. I couldn't tell one from the other. They were all laid on top of one another nd basically steamed in the packaging. All were rubbery. Although I would have paid more for better food.

I love Tulsi it's always delicious and fresh. The chicken is so tender in the Masala and the Garli Naanc is so soft and flavorful.
