I was pretty surprised that the bread pudding was delivered ice cold---not just a little cool from the drive to the house, but straight from the refrigerator. After passing that much for a dessert, I don't feel like I should have to microwave it.
The pasta was okay, but the chicken was a little dry.
I was excited to splurge on a yummy meal, but it didn't feel worth it.

My go to meal every time we order from here. If you haven't tried their French dip, I highly recommend it. Portions are huge and they don't skimp on the meat. Salad is always fresh and a normal side salad.

We keep ordering. I keep hoping. Today, we got two forks and two napkins for three entrees and an appetizer. We got two tiny pieces of bread for 4 people, which is an improvement! They usually send none, even when I call and request it. Even when I pay for an item like a drink and send a note or call to say that I don't want the drink, I want to pay for bread.
The pasta salad that has been on their menu for as long as I can remember is now ordered "by the item" so all of the vegetables that are listed in the description of the item are charged separately. If you get everything you are supposed to get, it takes a $12 item to over $20. I've shared this with the restaurant multiple times.
Food is good, as we expect. The lack of concern over smaller details has been a problem for a while.

I ordered the fish and chips with red potatoes and veggies. It was gross. Fish was only fair, veggies and potatoes were under cooked and no flavor. Very disappointed. Especially for the price I paid.
