• 09/06/25This was my first time ordering one of their salads and it was amazing. The lettuce was fresh and crispy and the chicken was flavorful. It was bigger than I expected and I would definitely order it again.

• 14/06/26The bread (which the chain is known for) is so underwhelming at this location. Compare this bread to the bread at the Valencia location off Newhall. That's perfect bread. Night and day difference. They should share their recipe/ tips.

• 21/05/24Sandwich barely had any of the coleslaw, the soap was dripping from the container into the bag. And meat was overcooked

• 28/08/22Instead of receiving the Portabella Mushroom sandwich cut in half, I received one half of the sandwich cut in half. The balsamic salad dressing was not like the normal thick and delicious salad dressing. Not much balsamic and way too much vinegar. It was so watery, it didn't stick to the lettuce, just slid off. Way too much for half of a half sandwich.

• 15/12/21Love their food, all of it! However, I'm a huge fan of their Santa Maria BBQ Chicken salad -- I get it 2-3 times per month.
Oh and you can't leave without a chocolate chip cookie.
