I absolutely love V&J Florals in Palatine. It's my go-to flower shop. The flowers are always fresh, and the customer service is spectacular. I highly recommend it without a doubt!

Horrible floral shop — They substituted my order for something cheaper and charged me more for it. It was a gift and I can't tell you how grubby I felt when the order didn't match. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
