Support local businesses and dont wanna yuck anyone's yum but the crispy rice is so disappointing :( a tiny scrape of avo. Like essence of avo! Lol and the rice isnt even crispy. It is like soft panko crust. Super weird. Maybe an off night? But for $18... yikes.

Have been ordering from Verge for a while but unfortunately my wife and I agree it used to be better. Fish was fresh but rice was not good. We expect better quality, especially when paying premium for Sushi Premium (6 pcs / 10 pcs / 15pcs) Might be the last time we order from Verge, especially with a great local small market shop in LIC that consistently has the same quality fish and significantly better quality rice.

Here I exclaim the virtue of the Blackened Black Cod , with a few veggies not spicy and perfectly cooked now the five times I've ordered. It is a small but fufilling portion. Oh and the Caramel Pudding, a perfectly reasonable Flan.

this nigiri was a deal! affordable and quality fish. chutoro with caviar was best piece. also liked their regular salmon and tuna. surprisingly didnt like the hamachi, but all pieces were fresh and toppings complemented delicate flavor of the fish.
