First off I was missing two items from my order and Waldo's physically brought me my missing items since i didn't live far away. Outstanding customer service!! The food was great! Chicken fingers were very tender and the scratch salad is top notch!

CHEDDAR BISCUIT BASKET and FRIED PICKLES were good other than the picture for the CHEDDAR BISCUIT BASKET shows 6, and we only got 5. The -CLASSIC NACHO was disappointing. They used to be amazing, but it seems like they cut the toppings way back. Mostly chips, some chicken, and an onion or pepper here and there. Definitely not what it used to be.

first time customer so maybe it wasnt at its best but this was my order, 6 TENDER PLATE, with Mac and cheese and fries. ok so to start the chicken was alright, breading was falling off everywhere but it was decent. The Mac tho was unseasoned just noodle and a little cheese so, very bland. the fries were so soggy you needed a fork to eat them which was sad because the seasoning had good flavor but I just couldn't eat the floppy soggy mess. best thing was the biscuit (which is actually just a tiny muffin) and it was comparable to Jim n nicks cheese biscuit. all in all a 5/10 I'll try it 1 more time just incase I got a bad batch

This is the second time I have ordered a 4 piece finger and got 3 little fingers, along with no sauce that I specifically asked for. I would question the dasher but this is the second time I have ordered here and not received my order. I will not be ordering from them again.
