I asked for no mayo and they made sure they had no mayo!! Seems like a little thing but I love when a store is well managed enough for the staff to be able to have the time to see small requests. Burgers are well made, well topped & made right! 10/10

Delicious, packed well and fresh made as the wedges were still hot when they arrived.
Sausage Biscuit (Cals: 460) were a bit dry buy some mustard (or your favorite condiment) helped alleviate the dry blandness.
Breakfast Baconator Combo was satisfactory in portion, flavor and temperature.
Seasoned Potatoes (Cals: 230-410) were ordered to serve as double portion. I love these wedges. Always gunna order double. :)

I typically like the food at Wendy's, but they didn't follow instructions about omitting the bacon on the Caesar Side Salad (Cals: 340) , and the Poutine (Cals: 330-640) was supposed to be a medium but the container was hardly half full...

The fries are always old and stale. I hadn't ordered for a long time because of this and I was disappointed to see the quality had not changed. The portion was also very low considering how much they charge for poutines. The container wasn't even half full for either poutine. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This is not door dash's fault. This is Wendy's. I'm scared to open up my chicken sandwich after seeing my "poutine" , two chicken wraps and baconator for my son and I. Could someone please tell me why my food was disgustingly cold? My poutine had maybe two curds on it and 3tbsp of gravy and didn't even fill 1/2 of my container of a "large". The wraps, when I opened it to wrap properly was maybe the smallest chicken finger in their bad cut in half for the both of them with maybe what looked like someone blew their nose and that was sufficient amount of ranch dressing mixed in with maybe 5, yes 5, pieces of dried up shredded cheddar.
Again, this is not door dash. We get from Upper Ottawa generally. I'm totally disgusted with the Upper James location. I could've gotten MCDONALD's for 1/2 the price, hot food and enjoyable.
