The last time I ordered Wendy's with door dash, I order a baconator and I got a Dave's double with no bacon. But this time I did actually get the baconator, and it was great. Also only 4 stars because of the first incident.

Missing my ketchup and mustard on my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburges, and only half a piece of bacon on each. I asked for lettuce but all i got was a few shavings. French Fries should be salty, but they aren't. 
Everything was very weak.

Every time we have ordered from Wendy's in Fairlawn, either something is missing or the food is just thrown in the bag. We were missing sauces utensils and straws.the large fry cup for the Big Bacon Classic® Triple was only filled halfway and the fries for the medium Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag were dumped into the bag. We like the food you get at a Wendy. however, the customer service and staff do not seem to care or take pride in their jobs. management has previously been contacted about these concerns and tends to speak inappropriately and unprofessionally to customers. Please do better and be considerate of those you are serving.

They forgot my side of mayo. Putting the paper bag into a plastic bag made the fries mushy by the time I got my order. I also wanted no ice in my drink, and both drinks came with ice. Their ranch dressing is garbage, btw. I like the chicken tenders

Baconator fries were old tasting, not enough cheese sauce. Spicy chicken patty was also cold and old. Was given diet dr pepper instead of regular. Very disappointing. Seems like employees don't seem to care about what they send out.
