the triple loaded nacho burger was so good! great store, made sure I had napkins and utensils and straws!!! food was hot and fresh! thank you

The sandw was cold and the lettuce (I opted no bun) was brown and very slimy. The bacon fries were way over salted and the soda was flat and watered down. Probably one of the worst orders I have ever had from this location.

I ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich. Apparently they were out of the pretzel rolls and without saying anything they substituted a regular roll. My dasher informed me of the substitution after the fact. I paid over $11 for that sandwich to not get the star of the show!?! Not cool.

what went right? the fry's were cooked in old grease and were bitter. The sandwich looks and felt like it had a ladle of grease poured over it. the top bun was so greasy, you could squeeze the oily onions out.

The chili was terrible. I don't know what they thought they were serving. First off, it had rings of onions in it. They never had that before. It was thin and watery. Flat taste. And the meat was obviously crumbled up burgers. There were corners, etc, in big chunks.
The other items were fine.
