I got a bag of cold and gross fries with the fry cartons thrown in on top. My chili was missing the onions and hot sauce. I rarely order from this store for this reason. The guys downtown get it right and it is hot and fresh evrytime.

Son of Baconator® was more like StepSon of Baconator®. Sad how burger can't be closer to menu picture. Taste was meh.
Fries were cold and rubbery
Chocolate Frosty was not an option to order. Weird
Had to order a different frosty and remove extra sauce and toppings to get a plain chocolate one.
However, staff didn't comprehend instructions and sauce and toppings were still added.
Snickerdoodle Cookie Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ was good

Chili & Cheese Baked Potato was good but I paid for extra frosting on the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart and they were ice cold with almost no frosting.

My tenders were way overcooked and I ordered a Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato no chives and got only chives no sour cream

Not loving that they have switched from leaf to shredded lettuce. It provides no flavor
