They have NEVER messed my order up! Every time it has been perfect. Most places I order from dont pay attention to the fact i ask for no lettus . Wendys has always done it right! I hands down pick them over any other place!! Never missing anything. Never had issues with the food. It's all been great! Thank you wendys! Seriously! After a few bad orders with other places it truly is great to have a place that does it right!

only one nugget was spicy when they both were supposed to be, my drink was not filled up all the way & there was way too much ice so it's watered down & disgusting

the fish sandwich was burnt beyond recognition.hamburger had very little condiments on. never heard of a napkin

The Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag is what I got. I selected a burger without mustard onions and pickels and got a burger with only that. I've ordered many times from here and never had something like that happen. The tea also tasted like slightly sweet water. Terrible waste of my money.

Salads are always fresh and delicious. Never had a bad salad. The Apple Pecan Salad is a must-have.
