The food is very tasty when it arrives super fresh, especially the crispy chicken nuggets and Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. Since the kitchen is already very quick at preparing orders, it would be even better if they waited until the Dasher was close or had arrived before finishing the order so the food stays as hot and fresh as possible.
My only recurring complaint is that straws are constantly forgotten. Tissues and cutlery usually seem to make it into the bag, but somehow the straw is the thing that gets missed most often.
Overall, though, the food itself is great and I would definitely order these items again.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich (Cals: 450) recipe has changed, dry, overly spicy and not juicy and moist breast meat like prior, won't be ordering again.

A little light on the toppings on the burgers. Poutine was heavy on the cheese but super light on the gravy. Would still order from again though.

Two times in as many weeks the Coke Zero had no syrup, so it was just brown club soda.

This last order seemed like they did not change the oil in the fryer perhaps. All breaded items (chicken nuggets and a wrap) had a weird taste and it was very noticeable.
