I think it's more corporation issue than the restaurant. but the quality of the chicken has really gone down. seem to be more of just a cheap Patty then compared to what they used to have. the frosty was good though. the fries are okay, but they need to be either cooked in a different type of oil or need some seasoning of some type or both. price are always bland compared to the competitors

Cinnabon was a no. It was not fresh. Clearly over microwaved. Hard and stuck together. Customer service here was awesome, though. Fries were fresh, nuggets and jr bacon cheese, not so much. The worker was fast, friendly, and attentive. Had I realized the food situation before driving away, I'm sure he would've made it right.

not enough flavor in the frosty coffee drink, tasted like regular ice coffee no flavor and the portion was very small for the apples and I ordered cheese on my sandwich and it wasn't on it.
