The staff was amazing and the food was delicious 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets always fresh and tasty!

The tenders were overcooked, the potatoes were very small and cut into three, the cheeseburger bun was stale. Very poor quantity.

They always mess my order up. I don't even know why I keep ordering from them. This will be the last time. My potato fries was missing and my Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was hard as a rock. So disappointed and mad.

So I ordered from this Wendy's yesterday, giving a bad review and they responded back to me as if I gave them a great review. Let me be crystal clear. The Wendy's in Taylor, MI it is terrible and I will NOT be ordering from there ever again! As an option to give zero stars, then that's exactly what I would do. I ordered two ravens blood chocolate, Frosty's, and the caramel toffee frosty. All three barely had any flavor, what little ingredients they had synced to the bottom, and the caramel frosty had an open lid that should have had a sticker covering it so that nothing could get inside of it when the Dasher dropped it off. This restaurant has consistently messed up my orders by either not including ordered items or making my orders incorrectly. I forwarded screenshots of my order, the location and the email response. Once again, this Wendy's is horrible, and they will no longer be getting my business!
