Sometimes the dasher is waiting more than usual that doesn't mean the people there aren't working . I have been there myself as a walk in as well and the service is top! From the manager to the associates are always asking have you been helped and sometimes offer a compliment drink for the wait. The food is always fresh .

it taste really good i like the #2 Double Meat Whataburger® Whatameal® it taste really good and i would get it again really fresh still hot when it got here and a good portion of pickles

Every item I ordered was fresh. Although, when I order condiments to be delivered with my order I never receive them. It even applies at times if I pay for extra condiments. Why does Whataburger constantly not package the condiments for a delivery order. Attention to detail is what customers want. There are many burger joints, and I want to order from those restaurants that specialize in ensuring everything is in your order. Delivery is expensive and receiving everything that a customer orders should be a priority on the list for any business.

Was not a double meat burger. I lived in Rockwall for many years. Now in waxahachie I'm having all kinds of issues with orders which I never had before.
