My girl and I ordered the 24pc Family Pack last night around 10pm. These were by far the best wings we've ever tasted from any Wingstop. They were fresh; each bite was juicy yet they had a nice crunch to them. The Honey Hot was dripping with sauce, the Lemon Pepper were sharp and the fries complimented the whole meal.
This place usually has bad wings. I'm not sure if our order was a one off or if they've changed management over there, but whatever the cause may be last night we were blessed. 10/10

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this wingstop location since I moved into my new place & it's the 2nd time I have been let down & left feeling disappointed. I order my wings EXTRA CRISPY whenever I get chicken wings & this particular wingstop refuses to cook your wings the way you ask them to. For me, if my chicken wings aren't thoroughly cooked and they don't crunch when I bite into them I cannot even eat them. I called and spoke to the manager & she told me "they are extra crispy" & I asked her "how can they be well done/extra crispy when I ordered them less than 10 minutes ago & the dasher has already picked them up?" She actually told me "it's becuase we have new fryers"! Lol... it would be funny if i didnt just spend $50 for dinner for two. If you want your wings well done try the Mesa location off of greenfield & baseline. The staff is friendly & they actually give you what you order. I will never visit this location again

Ordered wings well done. Skin was rubbery and not cooked all of the way. The fries were the only item edible.
Reached out to DoorDash with photos - it's under review. Mind you ... I paid $25 - not including tip.

Not enough seasoning in the wings at all. Too much seasoning on the fries. Too much ice in my drink I had like 2 sips and the rest with ice ..

2nd time I have ordered from this Wing Stop. NEVER AGAIN! Asked for well done - I got raw. My fries - asked for those to be well done also only to have receive 1/2 cooked fries that were cold as ice. Oh and I paid for a large fry and got a mini. Needless to say - every is in the trash! 0 stars!
