Door Dash did not bring some of the items ordered. Due to special circumstances, I was unable to travel. The manager, Tina, went above and beyond to make sure I received my items (as a loyal customer). This is an example of Great Customer Service!!

I ordered 20 classic wings and there was not a single flat wing in the entire order. I also ordered the Flavor Lineup Tenders and they were small, old, hard and dried out. They were supposed to come with a large ranch dipping sauce but only came with a few individual ranch containers. Their usually outstanding ranch was watery and bland. Very disappointing and expensive.

There is way too much seasoning on the fries and corn. It takes away from the actual meal. In addition, the wait time is ridiculous.

I called Wingstop before using Door dash and was put on hold for over 7 min and finally hung up. I ordered a 10 wing combo with extra ranch and was charged extra. When it arrived there was no ranch even though I was charged extra. I called and asked for the manager and put on hold. I waited so long that I just hung up. I've been a loyal customer (ordering at least 4 times weekly). I have an injury otherwise I would have driven to Wingstop. The person who answered said they had run out of Ranch but they still charged me extra.

We love wingstop normally. But everytime we have gotten wings from this location, there's barely any sauce tossed on our wings. I was thinking the first few times maybe it was a one time accident, but it's been multiple instances unfortunately. They barely have any flavor, and we were really looking forward to having a wingstop close to our house. Not worth the money
