I ordered and paid extra for a 32oz drink and only got a 20oz.
There was no ketchup in the bag even though I couldn't add it to the order. The last order had ketchup in the bag.
The fries were not seasoned as I ordered them and they were over cooked.
Very inconsistent.

The tenders were big, the wings were well seasoned and crispy, the fries were well seasoned and hot, they were still good even reheated the next day. The soda was a little flat but other than that I'd definitely order it again.

They put the ranch right on top of the fries so they were realllly cold. For the 10 piece traditional combo, they gave me 9 and 1 boneless wing... They were hardly sauced and probably the smallest wings I've ever seen. I've ordered several times and the quality has gone way down.

I did not get what I ordered. I wanted Hawaiian wings, and I received very spicy wings. They were actually for my young daughter, and she could not eat them. They were so spicy. The fries had no seasoning. The order was delivered in a timely manner.
