Used to be great, but I ordered 2 vegie boxes ($20 each) and food was 80% grated carrot. I requested no onion or capsicum, but instead of adding broccoli, snow peas or the egg and tofu I paid extra for, the boxes were literally grated carrot, barely any noodles and a bit of sauce. Ridiculous.

Pad Thai.. treasure hunt tryingyo find the 2x prawns and slithers of chicken. Don't even get me started on vegetables - sooooo disappointed !

I got the BYO box with the soy and oyster, all veg, beef and chicken and medium heat, same thing I order every time and it's always good.... This time it's ridiculously hot my whole mouth is burning and not in a good way it's like artificial chilli no flavour just heat, there's also a very small amount of veggies which is disappointing, it's just hot dry noodles :/ I feel bad for the guy cooking he looked really tired and was working hard he may have misread the label still doesn't help my experience I have worked in food and see both sides of the coin. Anyways maybe they need better airconditioning or working conditions, just not good enough

I ordered Satay Chicken buf I don't know what I got. It doesn’t taste like Satay at all, and it has prawns in it which I don't like or eat. Very disappointing. In the review area it says I ordered Meat and Seafood - which I didn't order.
