• 01/08/26I ordered the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz plate with double fries, instead of coleslaw, and Texas toast and also a separate order for the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz only had chicken and toast,
No FRIES at all! Where's my fries?? The order was delivered quickly, but really disappointed, Zaxbys. Paid $17.00 for half a plate! Please pay attention and do better!

• 28/04/26This is not the Cobb salad I remember getting from Zaxbys in the past. Cobb with no corn!!! It was no where near the quality of a Chick-fil-a salad and the Nibblerz bun was burnt and dry. Sadly not what I expected to get.

• 27/05/26Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries did not have seasoning on them, no ranch just zax sauce. barely any fries.Kickin Chicken Sandwich came with no seasoning on fries and barely any sauce on Sandwich.

• 04/10/25The fries and chicken fingers were stale. The Texas toast was good. We will not order from Zaxbys again. We use DoorDash a lot and the food was terrible. It was not the DoorDasher but the restaurant.
