Bread was soggy and fries were fried beyond belief. Thus particular chain has been awful since opening. Management does not care and it tastes.

I asked for sweet tea and this is soda. The one good thing I can say is the manager accommodated my request because DoorDash does not have an option to have your fingers tossed on a Big Zax Snak® Meal.

This particular Zaxbyd gets everything wrong. I asked a sweet tea they sent us sweetened tea. I asked for extra sauce and paid for it. They didn't send it. I asked for no slaw on my wrap. They still put slaw on it.
