chicken was dry and overcooked, drinks were missing 1/3 of contents. 1.50 for an extra small cookie that looks very misleading in the picture. First and last time I'll order there for those prices.

Just the right sized portion for lunch when you're about to work a long shift, quite delicious as well.

Everything was great, except I'd suggest packaging the cole slaw separately. It was all over everything else that was in the (same) box. However, the food was fresh, tasty & a good value! Will order from again!

Arrived hot, fries crisp. New sandwich is good. Made sure straw and extra Zax sauces were in the bag

It's mid. Every other chicken place imo is better, as a first timer it was just mid. I ate my Zaxbys™ Signature Sandwich my wife didn't eat her Big Zax Snak® Meal as the chicken was rubbery. Probably won't eat here again tbh.
