the Fried White Cheddar Bites were over cooked and hard and honestly what I was most excited for
basically inedible
other two items I got were what I expected though the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries seem to be smaller portions now than when they came out so that's disappointing since the price of course hasn't dropped

Went to the Oakleaf location tonight and the lady at the speaker (I believe her name was Truth) was very pleasant. Got to the window and the guy who took my payment (I believe his name was Willie) was so upbeat and kind. It surprised me so much that I wanted to post a review. The food was hot and plentiful, even my loaded fries were sauced correctly. Typically they don't put enough ranch. What a great team they have working tonight!

The shrimp was almost black like the grease was old and the tenders weren't even 3 inches long.

How can you charge 13.50 for 3 small chicken fingers, a piece of burnt bread and 14 yes I said 14 French fries??? I will never order from this restaurant again!

there was hardly no lettuce and the tomatoes look like they have been sitting out forever cut and there was barely any chicken in my salad
