The best salad I have EVER recieved from Zaxbys!!!! Amazing! Customer service Amazing! I spoke with Antoine after I recieved my food to let them know how awesome my food was!!! So very satisfied with my order. Thank you to this anazing staff for working hard to ensure customer service and satisfaction is top tier! If I could give 100 stars to this store, I would!!! Thank you to this team and the crew leader who made my salad!

the amount of food in the box is about a quarter less than usual. cold and fries are under cooked. I don't like to complain but this is not worth 9+ dollars

Birthday Cake Milkshake was the only good item that I ordered. the Veggie Egg Rolls, 1 was literally burnt. I ordered Extra Dressing for my salad but didn't receive it. The Cobb Zalad® wasn't even good. the tomatoes were mushy like they were old and the honey mustard dressing has changed. it doesn't taste like honey mustard anymore. I was truly disappointed.
