Zaxby's will forever be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. My last order was missing seasoning on the fries which were also soggy. I had one boneless wing that felt like Ice in the middle of it as if it wasn't cooked all the way. Other than that and everything else I could eat was fairly good.

The past two times we've ordered we did not get our order correctly. They dont allow you to specify anything or leave a note. The chicken was overcooked and crusted all the way around. Barely any meat.

Fries were undercooked and had no seasoning. Chicken was dry which is so sad because Zaxby's is my go to fast food place normally.

I ordered Fried Pickles and they came out good. I had also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich the fries was good a little soggy but good but the lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich was hot and soggy and then the grilled chicken looked like it was left in the grill to long

I ordered 1 extra Zax sauce, 1 extra spicy Zax sauce, and 1 extra cup of nuclear sauce. I received 3 cups of nuclear sauce. The 3 Chipotle Chicken Finger Tacos look great, as do the Crinkle Fries - Large, but I just wish I had the sauces I ordered for them.
