Ordered extra seasoning on the fries and the gave me undercooked fries with less seasoning than would go on them when ordered regularly. The chicken fingers were dry and some were as long as they were wide. The traditional wings were practically unsauced, and the chicken was dry. To top it off my toast was burnt and they only filled my drink 75% full. This isn't the first unsatisfactory experience at this location. Avoid at all cost.

ordered large portion of fries but there are barely any.
the chicken looked like someone bit it? but I think it was cooked like that bc the exposed meat is oily and tough.

the chicken continues to shrink in size, but we can accept that. whate didnt like was howthe fries and chicken were old, dry, and rubbery.the bread for the 2 Nibblerz® was also really over-cooked to the point that they were blackened and had a deep char taste. we also paid to upgrade the fries to larges, but didn't receive them. Zaxby's in general is good,but this experience was not.

The quality of this place has been going down for years. Barely any fries or seasoning when I order extra fries, chicken tenders are somehow getting smaller, and they can never get an order right. Im usually forced to go back after I leave to get what I paid for!

As much as we like the flavor of Zaxby's chicken, the quantity and quality are continually declining. I've gotten pieces of sweet and sour chicken that were larger than my chicken fingers. I truly believe the problems started when they stopped allowing you to choose your dipping sauce. I don't feel that it's fair to pay extra to get the sauce you want.
