I've seen jacks low score. But overall they have the best breakfast. Delicious

Normally I haven't got any complaints with Jack's, but the chicken sandwich I got today might have been THE original chicken sandwich. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. Everything about it was bad. The bun was burned and hard. The chicken was dried out. Somehow, the pickles were too. I don't know what was going on today, but it was hands-down the worst experience from Jack's I've ever had.

Fries were barely in this. Awful. I ordered a large and this is terrible. Coleslaw was warm - ick! It was placed under the burger.

Had the Fried Chicken Dinner (3pc.) with coleslaw and mased potatoes and gravy. instant potato,,, blah.coleslawwas great. The biscuits were light and fluffy.not lke that chicken joint where you almost choke on their biscuit. I forgot to ask for honey. Fried Pies were hot.Good eating.Gotta go order lunch.buh bye.

I'm having issues out of them leaving items out of my order. Paid extra for large fries and didn't get them. Not the first time I've paid extra for things and they have not been in the bag when I get the order. Used to be really good about everything being in the bags. Not anymore. Definitely gone down hill.
