As always, this Arby’s puts all others to shame. They are very customer satsfaction oriented. Very friendly and conscientious! The best iced tea in town anda lovely Reuben sandwich of very nearly delicatessen quality!

I hate to say it but the Smokehouse Brisket I received was not up to par... the last one I got was loaded and very fresh but this one was not. I can send pics if you want... very dry and it only had about 2 slices of meat. The last one I could barely fit in my mouth... usually every thing I get from Arby's is top notch!

The pork wasn't as 'pulled' as I'm used to, as there were a lot of big, tough pieces. Also, there was almost as much fat as there was pork. 😒 AFTER pulling out the fat and breaking up any big chunks of meat that were left (in order for there to be enough meat to cover the bottom of the bun), I put the sauce on.
i tell you, I'm not a big fan of the actor (he's just OK), but Cedric's sauce SAVED this sandwich! I'm hoping to find that sauce for sale online somewhere. I sure hope Arby's keeps it around for other sandwiches. It may even replace Arby's sauce on the roast beef sandwiches for me! Then again, probably not. But it'd be nice to have sometimes, just as a change of pace now and again.

I got the Roast Beef GyroFried combo and a side of Mac 'n Cheese Bites (6 ea.) and it was DELICIOUS!! The tzatziki sauce they use is BEYOND YUMMY! They should bottle it up and sell it in the stores! Very satisfied!

1) The roast beef was gray. 🤮
2) There was a thick layer of brown sugar on the bacon that it crunched, and I could barely taste the bacon itself.
3) The King's Hawaiian bun was grilled too long. It tasted slightly burned, detracting from the sweetness of the bun.
4) The turnover was overcooked and dry.
Not a good night for Arby's. 😒
