Fries were undercooked. Soggy and mushy. Brownie was stale. Chicken patty was smaller than normal. Way smaller than the bun.

I ordered for the family around 5:00PM and everything was fantastic. Food was good. Fries were overflowing. They didn't forget sauce or straws or anything. We'd order Chick-fil-A on Doordash a couple of times a week if using Doordash didn't basically double the price of food.

There freshness just isn't there anymore, in my opinion. The bun was literally so small, and the Mac & Cheese was old and did the recipe change? Even the color is different nowadays.

The nuggets were hot, fresh, and tasty. Same with the fries. My drink tasted good and concentrated. Overall satisfied.

I ordered the Chick Fil A sandwich meal with pepperjack and lettuce. There was a tiny piece of lettuce that was beyond wilted and I did ask for more pickles.. the two they usually have on there are not enough. I guess they figured if I wanted extra picklles, I would get them. 26 pickles. 26 pickles were on the sandwich. 26. The bread was completely soaked through past the cardboard and the bag, it had made the chicken so squishy- There was an inch of pickles on the sandwich. It was absolutely inedible. I have never had such a bad experience with Chic-Fil-A ever.
