I got a steak Burrito Bowl and when I bit into it the meat that I got was so chewy and nasty. I stopped eating and let my sister try another bite to see if it was just that, but no. She tried it and then she said it tasted weird and burnt. I have never had an issue with chipotle before and it is my favorite so it sucked that I just threw it away because I basically threw away my money. I'm very disappointed but maybe it was just a bad day.

Very little quantity , every time I get chipotle it's a good quantity and that's why I love it, today it was very little. Portion is not the same. Even the chips it looks like a small bag instead of large

I order 1/2chicken and 1/2 steak the bowl only had a couple pieces of chicken and steak.Most of the bowl was just rice. I am not going to be paying almost 20 bucks just be served like this or not getting what I had ordered .

Chips weren't fresh and were flavorless. The bowl didn't have enough of anything. I couldn't even taste the salsa. I paid for extra and definitely didn't get it.

I ordered three bowls and was disappointed with the portion size of the steak; it was quite small, with only a few pieces of meat. Additionally, I encountered hard plastic in my food, and the brown rice was undercooked.
