I paid for extra chicken, still got barely a few pieces of it. Essentially, Chipotle's gone down the drain because they now give you a huge bowl of rice "sprinkled" with chicken. So much for my $23 "protein" bowl. A JOKE! But they hid it all under my sour cream and toppings so you can't see it from a picture and presentation looked like mush. Please, hire someone who used to run a Chic Fila and have them train your staff because all your stores' quality is down in the drain, they all do this. I won't be going to Chipotle anymore.

We ordered a Large Chips & Large Guacamole — the handful of chips we received were stale, and the small thing of guac was browning and old. The Burrito Bowl with sofritas was overly salty and inedible. Overall extremely disappointing.

Birkdale is The Worst Chipotle EVER.
Takes an hour to get it to my driver for under cooked, crunchy rice, undercooked black beans and only 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl. The guac and cheese are fine. The salsa ? Wouldn't know because they forgot to add it.
Ordered 3 times over 3 months.
No more chances...

Burrito bowl was delicious! It is absolutely absurd that you charged $9.30 for chips and queso and I there were barely 30 chips in the bag!

Chipotle's quality has really gone down hill.portions are smaller and the prices are higher. I got a burrito bowl with chicken and there was barely any chicken in it. The chips were inedible. They were so stale I couldn't eat them. It's a shame because Chipotle used to be very good.
