• 4/18/26I ordered a burrito bowl and chips and guacamole dip. The chips were stale and un edible. When you pay six dollars for something and you hardly get any guacamole dip, which is good mind you but then the chips are stale. I feel like I got ripped off.

• 3/10/26For some reason when I place an order in the afternoon/night my rice is always stale, the steak taste old and most of the time it's dry and they add more lettuce than rice. Wouldn't order from this chipotle again!

• 8/23/22I doordashed on a stop in Roanoke. Ordered a burrito bowl (chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, cheese) with side of chips. The bowl was 1/2 full and the rice was dried to crunchy. The chips were nicely flavored but stale. Disappointing.
